Starting next session, downtime between sessions works differently. Instead of narrating downtime activities in a group text thread (RIP), each player submits one downtime action per week using the new form, and we resolve them together at the top of the next session.
This should cut down on the “wait, when did that happen” confusion and give downtime actions actual weight instead of being an afterthought. Full rules are pinned in the usual channel.
